About Me
I help strong, capable people navigate times of uncertainty — without losing themselves.
As a coach with over 20 years in the tech industry, I work with immigrants, women in leadership, and professionals who find themselves in transition, burnout, or reinvention. My background includes roles as a software engineer, team lead, and project delivery manager in companies like Adobe, Nike, and PayPal. Today, I bring psychological depth and emotional clarity to my coaching practice, combining structure and empathy in equal measure.
I’m currently completing my Bachelor’s in Corporate and Organizational Psychology at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis and am in training toward ICF Level 1 certification. I also volunteer as a life coach with Partners in Change (PIC), supporting people in rebuilding their confidence and purpose.
My clients are often high-performing, self-aware individuals who feel like something’s “off” — even if everything looks fine on paper. They may be in a leadership role, a new country, or navigating big life or career changes. What they seek isn’t advice or another framework — they need space to hear their own voice again.
