About Me
I’m a life coach who works exclusively with teens and young adults, especially those who feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, or unsure of their direction.
Most of the students I support are bright, capable, and creative—yet they struggle with follow-through, organization, confidence, or managing the expectations around them. Many have ADHD or executive functioning challenges, though not all do. What they share is a desire to feel more in control of their life.
My coaching style is calm, warm, and practical. Teens often tell me I’m the first adult they can talk to without feeling judged or pressured. Parents tell me their son or daughter finally feels understood. I work to create a space where students can be honest about what’s hard, explore who they want to become, and build systems that actually fit how their brain works.
I’m currently training with ADDCA (ADHD Coach Academy) and have coached hundreds of students between 14–22 over the past several years. My background blends ADHD education, executive functioning strategies, and a strengths-based coaching approach. I focus on helping teens develop internal motivation—not just short-term compliance. That means looking at what’s underneath procrastination or shutdown, and helping them build confidence, structure, and self-direction from the inside out.
Coaching with me is collaborative and practical. We set clear goals, track progress, and create small, doable steps that build momentum. I also support parents in understanding how to create an environment that encourages independence rather than conflict or overwhelm.
The transformation I love most is watching a teen shift from “I can’t do this” to “I can figure this out.” When they begin to trust themselves, everything changes.
