About Me
Hi I am Lars,
I began my career as a mechanical engineer at Siemens and BMW. From the outside, everything looked perfect: I had the degree, the job titles, and the big projects. But on the inside, something was missing. Each new role promised more, yet the fulfillment never came. That was my turning point — realizing that the next promotion wouldn’t solve the emptiness.
I decided to stop climbing a ladder that wasn’t mine and start creating a path that truly fit me. That decision led me to coaching. It gave me clarity for my own career and opened the door to helping others find theirs.
Today, I coach engineers and technical professionals who feel stuck in jobs that look good on paper but feel meaningless in reality. They’re talented and hardworking, but drained, burned out, or unsure what comes next. What they need isn’t just another job — it’s clarity, confidence, and a career aligned with their values.
My approach combines real engineering experience with structured coaching tools and a holistic perspective. I know the pressures of technical careers firsthand, and I help my clients uncover what they really want, identify transferable skills, and take practical steps forward.
The moment that drives me most is when a client realizes they’re not broken or stuck forever — they simply needed a new perspective and a plan. With that, they can move with confidence toward a career and life that truly feel meaningful.
