Hey there, I'm Laura a transformative life coach, focused on self-discovery and alignment. My coaching is for those who know they want to live life their own way but are seeking clarity, direction and the gentle strength to make changes.
Through a compassionate and person-centred approach, my coaching is designed to empower you to figure out your next steps. Our work together is explorative, creating space for you to find deeper connection and trust in yourself, to rediscover what you want and weave these discoveries into your everyday, to bring a greater sense of alignment.

Laura is such an incredible coach. She worked with me to identify some key areas that I wanted to work on, and by the end of each session I felt like I had tangible, practical things to take away that helped me see progress each week. I genuinely feel like I've changed my outlook on some key areas that have held me back for a long time and feel very grateful for Laura's support to get there.
