Hi, I’m Laura, a fellow neurodivergent, first generation korean american, and complex ptsd survivor, helping you rebuild and self heal.
I help you find purpose, direction, structure, and accountability. I know how it feels and I know what it takes to know and trust yourself in a life and in healing that feels unstable.

I’m a trauma informed personal virtual life coach with single session offers to an intensive 3 month program. I specialize in holistic mental wellness (after my own lived experience of being through CBT therapy and medication management as a bipolar, borderline, adhd, cptsd survivor), creativity (after using art and music to heal my inner child), and spirituality (after integrating shadow work, higher self talk/intuition clearing and decolonizing my religious beliefs/narratives).
