About Me

Hi, I'm Laura.
I believe anyone can experience that “aha” moment, empowering them to become a force of positive change in their life. Together, we’ll define your core values, clarify what you truly desire, and create a practical, step-by-step plan to help you thrive.
In 2016, I found myself in crisis—facing rising rent, burnout, and an unsettled feeling that I wanted more for my life. Through sobbing cycles of trying to figure out what I would do, I had a striking “aha" moment - I would travel solo around the world for one year.

I wanted to experience life with courage, confidence, compassion, and curiosity, diving into new adventures, challenges, relationships, and cultures. I spent the next 1 ½ years saving & planning, treasuring the time with my friends and family, then boarded a one-way flight to Iceland.

But life never goes as planned. That year of travel transformed into a life of living abroad, traveling slowly, and embracing the joy (and sometimes fear) of new experiences. And all of this, led me to becoming a coach.

Coaching and travel share powerful parallels.

Both encourage grit, resilience, build confidence, deepen cultural appreciation, and spark personal growth, pushing us beyond comfort zones and expanding our perspectives. Now, I have the great privilege of partnering with others through their own transformations and self-discoveries.
