About Me

Hi, I'm Laura.

I believe anyone can achieve that “aha” moment and become the force of change in their life to live dynamically. Together, we can clearly define your values and what you desire for your life, then create an attainable step-by-step plan to get you there.

In 2016, my rent increased, I was burnt out from my job, I didn't have any particular goals, and I felt like I was floating through life. Then I had an "aha moments": I would travel the world solo for a year. Why?

I wanted to feel courageous, confident, compassionate, and curious, seeking out adventure, new challenges, forming new relationships, and gaining cultural understanding and immersion through languages, food, and environments. I wanted to pursue all my wildest dreams and be open to all new possibilities.

The next 18 months revealed what dedication really looked like for me. It was a balance—appreciating what I was leaving behind while reevaluating my values. I sought support from those who believed in me, hustled and saved, then boarded a one-way flight to Iceland.

Both coaching and travel offer profound experiences in resiliency, confidence-building, cultural appreciation, and personal growth, pushing you beyond your comfort zone and helping you discover new strengths and perspectives.

Each person is unique, including their needs, desires, and setbacks. If something is important enough, we can find a way to get your there. Together, we will define what you want, challenge what is getting in the way, find ways to communicate and ask for support, create plans to stay accountable, and acknowledge that it is a journey—big change comes from small steps.
