Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) and ICF Certified Coach (ACC), also trained in Positive Intelligence with a BA from Vanderbilt University.

I have lived in six different cities. For the adventure of it. Exposing myself to different cultures and personalities, forging deep connections and rewarding experiences.

I have changed careers five different times. Because I felt like it. Each time more personally fulfilling and financially rewarding than the last.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with actors on film sets, marketed for global hospitality organizations, cultivated personal brands for C-suite executives, and crafted corporate culture for businesses, and through it all, I’ve witnessed that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. They just so very often stand in their own way when it comes to getting what they really want.

I value creativity, connection, and humor, working hard to foster a safe environment for clients to build self-awareness and thrive. The goal for me is that a client leaves every conversation enlarged, deepened, and enlightened with a little more relief or inner knowing than they had beforehand and that they take away actionable steps to help them get where they want to go.
