About Me
Clients often describe my work as clarifying, structured, and deeply human—helping them see strengths, possibilities, and next steps they couldn’t see on their own.
Many people come to coaching not because they lack ability, but because their next step requires more thought than urgency allows.
I work with professionals who are at a genuine career or leadership inflection point—returning to work, reassessing long-held paths, navigating transitions, or sensing that their current trajectory no longer fits.
They’re capable, experienced, and reflective, but often carrying unanswered questions about direction, scope, or alignment.
My approach is grounded, strategic, and human. Rather than prescribing solutions, I help clients slow down enough to make sense of what’s happening, identify where they have real leverage, and choose next steps that are both practical and meaningful.
I bring decades of leadership experience across corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors, including senior roles such as Chief Transformation Officer and COO. That background shapes how I coach: with systems thinking, pattern recognition, and respect for the complexity of real-world decisions.
