About Me

Few things are worse than having to wake up to a job that you hate every morning! Having struggled to identify my own career directions, I am passionate to offer the latest in career services tools, resources and knowledge to guide my clients in identifying the career directions where they will be the most fulfilled and motivated.

A firm believer in the betterment of people's lives, my coaching style is infused with concepts from positive psychology such as resilience building, grit, mindfulness and stress management.

My coaching style empowers the client as an expert on his/her life, I partner with the client to guide the client in grasping essential career concepts to be able to strategically, effectively and professionally navigate their own careers.

Central to the clients' empowerment and key to my coaching style is connectivity. I believe in the priceless value of leveraging my clients' careers by effectively connecting them to resources that and persons who will advance their career hopes and aspirations.

Understanding the centrality and utility of technology, I offer career services virtually and online, as well as in-person.
