About Me

I was born and raised in Jamaica and I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. I have an Associate Degree in Financial Management, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Master of Arts in Human Relations and a Doctor of Business Administration in Public Administration. During my time in the Air Force I had various jobs e.g., foreign military advisor, budget analyst, curriculum designer, resource manager, sexual assault response coordinator, and other duties as they were assigned. After retiring from the military I moved to Atlanta Georgia where I still reside. Because of my desire for personal improvement and a quest for knowledge I signed up for courses at Vanderbilt University's Peabody College where I received certificates in Secondary Transition-Helping Students with Disabilities Plan for Post-High School, Cultural and Linguistic Differences, Student Centered Transition Planning, and Collaborating with Families. I started coaching in 2019 to help reinforce my belief that no one is an island and if we work together we can create the life and the world we desire for ourselves. Undoubtedly, my military background as well as my West Indian upbringing influenced this belief and are my motivators to helping others achieve their desired outcomes. As a Life Coach I received my coaching certifications in Solution Focused Coaching, Coaching Behaviors and Resistance, Coaching Mental and Emotional Blocks, and Positive Psychology from Universal Coaching Institute. I am also studied Transformational Coaching and Emotional Intelligence. I meet clients in person and virtually, individually and in groups to help them find their purpose and to effect positive outcomes.
