About Me

If you are ready to talk, I am ready to listen. I have been training/coaching and motivating since 1998. I have a passion for helping people and automatically kick into coaching mode when sitting down to have a conversation - even when it is not an official coaching session :). My husband is of the opinion if you wake me in the middle of the night, and ask a question, coaching will commence. A terrible habit I know!

I have experienced life and not all my advice comes from someone else’s book - I had to go through it and have a few scars to show for it. However, all that experience is available to you my potential client. We will laugh together, and we will cry together, but most importantly we will grow together.

I am a firm believer that everyone has it in them to reach their full potential, we just need guidelines to get there.

Not just a coach; but a relationship builder, that is me. Allow me to glimpse into your life to learn what makes you tick. Be warned, when you choose me, you better know that loads of questions will be asked to get to know you.

As mentioned, I am ready to listen, but, oh boy, I also love to talk. So, make sure you have pen and paper handy when we start chatting. I love interactive sessions - it is not just about me talking all the time, there must be two-way communication.

Together we can come up with a strategy to progress from point A to point B. I will be there every step of the way helping you on the journey to new growth and development.
