About Me

My coaching style is thoughtful, direct and highly practical. I create a confidential environment where leaders can be candid about what's working, what's not and what they want to change. I'll listen carefully, ask the questions that matter, challenge your thinking when necessary and help you translate insight into action.
My approach starts with the leader as an individual - what are your strengths, are they being underused, what might be getting in your way, and most importantly how do you connect who you are to what the business asks of you? Together we create clarity around your goals, and a bold vision for what you want to accomplish. We turn that vision into actions, leadership habits, and measurable progress.
I have been working as an executive coach for almost ten years and have coached executives from social media, advertising agencies, banking, software, pharmaceuticals, and non profits. I also have expertise in conducting and writing 360 performance reviews.
I have a Master's degree in Education and worked as an educator for eight years. No matter the age, that aha moment never ceases to amaze!
