My name is Leslie Vander Gheynst and I am the founder of Ensō Coaching and Consulting. My background is a unique cross between business executive, mother, and artist. I have nearly 20 years experience as an executive/VP in large organizations to small start-up companies - specializing in individual development, leadership, business strategy, hr/recruiting, workplace culture, talent development, and building and motivating teams. Our team was responsible (multiple times) for increased employee engagement, decreased turnover, and transitioning a failing culture to being named one of the best places to work in Texas.

I am an NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and hold certifications in Human Resources and Recruiting, Behavior, Cultural Intelligence, and am a certified Unconscious Bias Instructor.

As someone who holds a deep curiosity in humans, I’ve spent many years studying leadership, behavior, motivators, and biases. Through lots of failure, I learned the importance in leading the self first and then leading externally.

We have a consistent and tried and true process as we get into a relationship. Our process is to ASSESS (where we are), ASPIRE (identify where we want to go and how we will get there), TRANSFORM (support you through the transformational process), and MEASURE (identify the tangible metrics that show objective progress).

I believe we have all the answers we need and I am here to support you in uncovering the next steps for your transformation.
