About Me

I am an industrial organisational psychologist, focusing on working with leaders, managers and teams in organisational settings. I am currently completing a PhD in neuroscience coaching and apply many of the approaches to coaching. I work with leaders that are established and wish to improve their behavioural competencies, communication, emotional intelligence and effectiveness, as well as leaders in transition from one level to the next or new leaders.

I further support teams to create cohesion and improve team relations.

I have many years of corporate HR and business experience in various countries including Southern Africa, Middle East and Ireland.
