Hi, its Lila, and welcome

Experiencing positive and negative experiences in life is quite common for all of us. However, how we perceive and 'recover' from these can make all the difference. Working through the negative experiences has, for example, helped me where I am today and enabled me to help others in their personal journey as an accredited Wellbeing Life Coach and Psychotherapist. A true calling that has grown organically within the area of personal development.

A people's person to my core, I've always been intrigued by the human psyche, our experiences and what makes us tick. It also resulted in a few academic studies on helping people succeed in mastering their mental and emotional turmoil.

My approach is unique by using powerful methods and techniques, which I gained through my work as a Life Coach and therapist, but crucially by finding permanent solutions to my stress, anxiety, worries and challenging circumstances.
