EDUCATION, TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

In addition to my coach training at FWI, I have also received training on enhancing individual performance in the workplace. I created and facilitated a stress reduction workshop at a local university, and I am also an experienced, trained mediator.

I have been trained in Transcendental Meditation and Primordial Sound Meditation, and incorporate meditation into the life coaching process if desired.
