About Me

I believe by stretching an individual to reach one's fullest potential takes patience, guidance, determination, and prayer. The client must have a passionate desire in striving to be the best one can be. I aspire to guide an individual to a place of lasting contentment and fulfillment by helping them develop an enhanced self -awareness, a clarity of purpose and goals, wiser decision making strategies, increased self-control, and an overall improved quality of life.

With the statistics of divorce, sexual immorality, pornography, drug and alcohol addictions, teenage pregnancy, abortion, cyber bullying, obesity, etc., affecting families all over the world, life coaching is about personal growth and direction which can help prevent many of these issues which lead to destructive behaviors. Life coaching is helping an individual discover who they are and what their purpose is in life. Coaching can help save families from heart break, undeserved stress and anxiety, physical illness due to overstressed lives, as well as saving thousands of dollars in years of counseling. Life coaches also work with clients in outpatient care, and/or the prevention of relapse from addiction.

Coach/Client trust is cultivated in an environment of safety, compassion, understanding, and encouragement. People are enabled by sympathy, but a coach who demonstrates empathy will see the client experience growth as the client comes to know he/she is heard and cared about. Life coaching involves supporting reasonable and achievable goals, while holding the individual or couple accountable toward reaching their goals. A life coach assists the individual or couple in setting boundaries and teaches how to help overcome obstacles by using an array of tools toward obtaining victory in every area of life. Assessments and evaluations aid in the discovery of the client(s) values, passions, and gifts toward developing a plan of action in order to implement and guide their dream.
