My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that sustainable change begins with self-awareness and self-compassion. I create a calm, grounded space where you can pause, reflect honestly, and reconnect with who you are. Together, we’ll cut through internal and external “noise,” strengthen your relationship with yourself, and build tangible, values-aligned steps toward your own definition of fulfilment.

I coach with both head and heart. I hold a coaching certification (with distinction) from The Coaching Academy, a PhD from Oxford, and am a Fellow at Trinity College, Cambridge. I offer you both emotional attunement and sharp critical thinking.
