About Me
I’m a queer life-coach with a passion for helping women unlock their full potential. With a background in Social Work, I bring a compassionate yet results-driven approach to every session. My coaching style is rooted in deep listening, powerful questioning, and accountability. I specialize in getting my clients unstuck, supporting them through life transitions, taking bold action, and confidence building. I work with clients who are ready to move past blocks and create lasting, authentic change.
Outside of coaching, I'm a big foodie who loves hiking, journaling, reading, Pickleball and travelling the world!
