I worked extensively in corporate HR leadership, focused on helping employees embrace change and challenge themselves through a coaching relationship for more than 20 years. I decided to step away from corporate HR, so that I could develop my own 1:1 coaching practice.
I coach overwhelmed and anxious individuals during difficult periods of transition or uncertainty. Navigating these life changes together, clients gain clarity, building confidence and resilience to face the future with a powerful mindset.
