About Me

I use varying coaching methodologies, from GROW, CLEAR to the Frist 90 days, depending on my client and which one will best serve them to achieve their career goals.
I regularly attend ICF certified courses to continually upskill and provide the best service and client experience for my clients.

Before founding my career coaching & soft Skills training consultancy, I was an Snr Business Manager in Investment Banking for over 20 years, a large part of which was spent mentoring early/rising talent employees and supporting them to navigate the corporate landscape increasing their visibility successfully. When I was blessed with redundancy; I knew it was the perfect opportunity to turn my passion into purpose.

I have a particular passion for supporting female/ethnically diverse employees to confidently navigate their career trajectory whilst being their best authentic self.
