About Me

Working with teens and young adults isn’t for the faint of heart.
It’s full of love, laughter, and moments that take your breath away — and just as often, moments that leave you wondering if you’re even speaking the same language.
I do this work because I’ve seen what happens when communication breaks down — and I’ve also seen what’s possible when it’s effectively rebuilt with authenticity, compassion and connection.
As a certified enneagram coach and pediatrician who is specialized in adolescents and young adults, I understand teen and young adult behavior. I connect with them in a powerful way that has led many of my colleagues to consider me the "teen whisperer". I blend practical communication strategies with deep emotional insight that builds authentic connection and creates impact. My approach is rooted in the belief that connection starts on the inside: when we understand our patterns, regulate our emotions, and communicate from a grounded place, everything changes.
That’s why every offering — whether for youth serving professionals, parents, teens & young adults, or both — is designed to help you move from reactivity to relationship, from conflict to calm, and from distance to true understanding.
