I'm a certified NLP Life Coach specializing in helps individuals untangle from restrictive belief systems, release the emotional weight of religious conditioning, and rediscover their true, authentic selves. Using NLP, spiritual coaching, and intuitive guidance, I support clients in dissolving limiting beliefs and clearing blocks that keep them from living fully and freely.
I’ve walked this path myself. After decades in a high-control religion that shaped my identity and choices, I used NLP to unravel deep programming, release guilt and fear, and reconnect with my authentic self. That lived experience, combined with my training, allows me to hold safe, empathetic space for others on similar journeys.
