One that us individuals living on this beautiful planet have the ability to practice through demonstrations of my own love and care for my fellow man and woman...

I say that there are things that cannot be explained...

This is not what I teach...

I teach the only path to love is to love oneself once more...

Again and again and ... again

These techniques that I teach from simple breathing meditations to high complexe theories of how the evolution of thoughts affect us and how to manipulate our own conscious mind to mindle more and more with love...

I say, if there is a choise it is to come closer and closer to our love...

Manipulating our thoughts are exactly what we need but with love for them as much as for ourselves...

They (thoughts) emanate from our center so we should try and cherish them as an opportunity to explore deeper and deeper their connexion with our daily lives...

Love is the answer, of course...

However certain techniques are essential to make this love understood and brought upon our mind at will and freely, when needed...

Once this is established even heaven can come and meet for breakfast and for the rest of our day, and this, day after day after day...

I love to teach and to meet people and have been doing it pro bono on a service based exchanged website for over 3 years now...

I am now ready to upgrade to a more personal and longterm way of exchanging and meeting new spiritual friends along the way...
