About Me

As Director of The Baskerville Project, I design and facilitate experiential programmes that integrate somatic awareness, applied theatre practice, nervous system literacy and ensemble dynamics to develop presence, authentic communication, and embodied leadership.

My work creates psychologically safe spaces where people can regulate under pressure, express their authentic voice, and connect with others with clarity, empathy, and courage.

Rooted in nervous-system literacy and the understanding that communication begins in the body, my approach blends critical rigour with creative practice to build confidence, and resilience.

I collaborate with business schools, consultancies, and creative institutions across Europe, supporting leaders to speak and lead from a grounded, connected place.
