About Me

I believe in people and their ability to grow and develop. We are all more than we know or show. Yet to become a better version of ourselves is complex, scary, and lonely. We often don’t know how – well in fact we do, but we don’t know we know – and it requires perseverance and courage.

We need the right support, a safe and honest place, sometimes a sounding board, sometimes reassurance. When the going gets rough – and it feels like we have failed – we need to not be alone and to be reminded of our qualities and aspirations. We need to work out how to bounce back and turn those perceived failures into learning and grow with and from them.

This is why I love coaching people who seek some form of positive transformation. I support people along that path of ‘self-delivery’. It involves self-discovery, self-awareness, and growing into ourselves. I walk that path with the people I coach, I listen to them, I ensure they are and feel safe and I challenge them to extend beyond what they think they know and can be. As their confidence grows I slow my pace, and when they are ready I step back and enjoy watching them flourish.

I do this via coaching ‘packages’ that vary from a single session to year-long support.

I have been coaching for over 15 years now, and have done so in rather complex environments. I love supporting people through something big for them, that has meaning - and I love a challenge.

My coaching style is calm and also challenging. I am also a resilience and creativity coach, this applies to career transitions, of course, but also to people trying to move forward after experiencing toxic relationships either at home or at work.

I am what I would call a 'confidential coach'. You won't find the names of the amazing people I coach anywhere. I protect their identity and confidentiality with a passion.
