What is a Holistic Life Coach
As a holistic life coach I connect with my clients as a WHOLE, meaning - Body+Mind+Spirit.

I am also a mother of three boys, wife, daughter, sister, friend, yogi enthusiastic and a lifelong student, devoted to connect with others and to contribute to their development and success.

How do I do it?

I partner with each individual on their journey starting from where they are, with tools that they have, to move towards enhancing their personal development in a multi-directional way.
My mission is to be present and supportive, promoting focus towards achieving their goals.
I also offer a few techniques that can be implemented (upon clients' choice) where I devoted many years practicing and studying.

REIKI - this healing therapy created by a Japanese Buddhist named Mikao Usui over a hundred years ago, is based on a simple spiritual principle: we’re all guided by the same invisible life force, and it controls our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When the energy flows freely, we can tap into unknown reserves of power. When it runs into blockages (often said to be caused by negative thinking, unhealed trauma, or stress overload), we function at a suboptimal level.

AROMATHERAPY - uses natural plant extracts, such as essential oils, hydrosols, and carrier oils in a variety of ways, also breathing techniques, meditation, visualization and positive habits exercises, to heal Body+Mind+Spirit.
