About Me

Luke is a career and leadership coach for engineers who supports them with becoming marketable, getting ahead of peers, landing a new job quickly, or landing their next higher paying jobs.

What makes Luke different than other career coaches? He has been where you are! He is an engineer himself by degree, and since moving into his first leadership role within three years following graduation, he’s spent his career developing as a leader, developing others in his workplace, and progressing careers of other engineers. He’s managed hundreds of people through a number of leadership roles, and is now poised to move into an executive role in his mid 30’s. He takes all of the experience that he’s collected over the years and condenses it into his career and leadership coaching programs.
