About Me

Over the past decade, I have worked primarily with managers in international corporations, drawing on my background as a sociologist specializing in intercultural differences. Currently, I focus more on individual clients, nearing completion of my second master's in psychology with a specialization in neurodiversity—especially the challenges of communication and emotional regulation. I am in the final stages of obtaining my PCC ICF accreditation.

My sessions are flexible and tailored to each client’s needs. With formal training as a coach and a trainer, I bring a holistic approach, integrating various methods to support growth. Authenticity and openness are my core values. My professional experience spans over 2,000 consulting and coaching sessions, plus 5,000+ hours facilitating group trainings. All my sessions are conducted online.

Coming from an Asperger’s family myself—and being the only one who developed deep empathy—I give myself the authority to say: I truly understand what it means to feel misunderstood. I coach in both English and Polish. My mission is to help clients improve their quality of life and experience meaningful, positive change.
