About Me
I am a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC, ICF), Facilitator and Organization Development Consultant, whose primary area of coaching focuses on life transitions. My experience of over 22 years in HR across organizations like Thermax and Siemens and others, triggered a realization that every individual reaches an inflection point in his/her life and career. I believe that Coaching helps to harness and leverage the energy at this point, to achieve one’s potential.
My passion lies in helping people unearth their inherent potential and partnering with organizations to create sustainable systems and processes, to do the same, using my ability to listen deeply, articulate the unarticulated and question fearlessly. I have coached persons ranging from CEOs to front-line staff. My social commitment manifests
itself as pro bono coaching with NGOs.
I have over 1500 hours of coaching experience. As an active member of the International Coaching Federation, I am on the Management Committee of the ICF Mumbai chapter, reinforcing my commitment to the coaching community.
I am a postgraduate in Human Resources and have been coaching for nearly 10 years.
