I developed a passion for coaching when I became responsible for professional development across a large organisation in London. I dedicated my maternity leaves to pursuing coaching courses, culminating in gaining the Level 7 in Executive Coaching & Mentoring. Driven by my young family, I established MalCPD Consultancy & Coaching, specialising in leadership and coaching, to support and develop others.

Having accumulated seven years of professional coaching experience and a prior background in school leadership, I possess a wealth of expertise in guiding and supporting others. I have coached for a range of organisations including WomenEd, Diverse Leaders programmes, and I continue to voluntarily coach for the Maternity Paternity Project, supporting parents returning to work. Whether working with individuals, schools, universities or large organisations I embrace a personalised approach, tailoring my guidance to meet the specific needs of my clients. With an unwavering commitment to empowerment and growth, I actively share my knowledge by training leaders in coaching skills, aiming to foster a widespread coaching culture and equip them with the tools to effectively coach their teams.
