About Me

As a Career Coach and Learning & Development Consultant, I have worked in the field of HR and L&D functions across various industries. Over a decade of my professional experience, I have designed, developed, facilitated, and evaluated E-learning and in-classroom training programs.
Being a Career Development Coach, I have trained more than 10,000 students in terms of Resume writing, Mock Interview Evaluation, Interview cracking skills and gave them Job assistance in various sectors like Hospitality, Airline, IT Industry, BFSI etc.
I would love to work with Colleges in terms of short-term skill developing training programs, where I can design job-oriented training courses for the students as a Career Coach and can give them internship/live projects/ Placement Assistance/ Career Coaching.
As an Individual I am a passionate career coach and mentor. I started my Journey in training and coaching while I was 18 years old. I realized one most important fact in this journey that learning is a two-way process where a student learns from the teacher as well as a teacher learns from the student.
