About Me

Many of my clients are high-performing professionals who feel successful on the outside but internally uncertain about their next step.

From the outside they appear capable, successful and steady. Yet internally they may feel overwhelmed, burned out, or quietly questioning whether their current career path still feels right.

I work with ambitious women who find themselves at a crossroads in their careers. Many are navigating promotion pressure, career transitions, or a growing dissatisfaction with roles that once felt meaningful.

They are thoughtful and capable decision-makers, yet the weight of responsibility and constant expectations can lead to overthinking, second-guessing and difficulty knowing what the next step should be.

My coaching creates space to slow down and regain clarity.

Rather than offering advice or quick solutions, I help you step back from the mental noise, untangle the thinking that keeps you stuck and reconnect with what matters most so you can move forward with confidence and alignment.

My work is grounded in the Co-Active coaching model through the Co-Active Training Institute. I completed mentor coaching with an ICF-PCC coach and supervision with an ICF-MCC coach.

In addition to my coaching training, my perspective is shaped by cross-cultural leadership experience and a deep understanding of how ambition, responsibility, family expectations and identity can pull in different directions for professional women.

Coaching with me is not about fixing you. It is about restoring clarity, strengthening trust in your own decisions, and helping you move forward in a way that feels aligned, sustainable and true to who you are.
