About Me

I work with capable, ambitious women who carry a lot in their careers and families. From the outside, they look strong and steady. Inside, they may feel overwhelmed, burned out or stuck in indecision about what’s next.

Many of my clients are navigating career transitions, promotion pressure or a growing dissatisfaction with their current role. They are tired of overthinking and second-guessing themselves, yet unsure how to move forward without disrupting everything.

My coaching is focused and honest. I don’t give advice or quick solutions. I help you slow down, cut through mental noise and regain clarity so you can make decisions with confidence.

I trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and completed mentor coaching with an ICF-PCC coach. My work is shaped by cross-cultural leadership experience and a real understanding of ambition, loyalty, family expectations and identity.

Coaching with me is not about fixing you. It’s about restoring clarity, strengthening your self-confidence and moving forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
