About Me

Growing up in Britain in an East African Indian immigrant family was both a privilege and a challenge. I struggled to find my place in society as the child of 3 different cultures. In the past few years I have stopped searching and learned to, gently, create my own space. Showing up as I am, I make the conscious decision to be authentic every day.

Guided by a desire to help people, one I share with many others, I chose a career in the international humanitarian sector. Over the past 15 years I have worked in and travelled to many different places. The work has been rewarding and challenging in equal measure. I have learned much from the people I have met, the things I have seen, and the work I have done.

Having trained as a Transformation Coach, I've found everything about it speaks to my soul: the privilege of connecting with individual people on a meaningful level, to accompany and witness their journey through life is fulfilling. In a career in which I can express myself, take inspiration from my spirituality and intuition, connect to a more local community and most of all, be my own boss, I have found my space and begun to live authentically.

Coaching is not about having decades of experience, but I find that my own experiences in life, work and spirituality help me to see different parts of the puzzle, making the observations and connections that help others on their journey.

Now, I have achieved a balance between two wonderful professions I respect and care deeply for, a mindset and focus for which I am so grateful.

As a coach, I will not offer my advice. I will not tell you what to do. I will hold the space for you to make your own discoveries and realisations, integrate these into your life, and live as your best self.

No matter how ‘normal’ we are on the outside, we each have an extraordinary world within us.
