About Me

I have a combined 18 years of experience in the corporate environment, entrepreneurship, and non-profit management, spending a decade of those years in executive positions. I have a BS in business (Accounting), an MPA and an IOM (Institute of Organizational Management) professional certification by the US Chamber of Commerce.

At this point, I call myself an integrative coach because I have three distinct certifications. I build custom plans for each client depending on their personal or professional goals.

As a Rapid Transformational Therapist, I use a combination of hypnosis, NLP, CBT, and other classic psychotherapy techniques in a method that is designed to reframe and transform beliefs in 1-3 sessions.

As a Jungian Life Coach, I help people gain deep self-acceptance, live authentically with a greater sense of peace and purpose and move toward wholeness while increasing intuition and manifestation abilities.

As a Family Constellations Facilitator, I help individuals heal from rejection, abandonment, betrayal, and the pain caused by intergenerational and inherited traumas, so they can make peace as cycle breakers (I am one as well). This can also be used to explore our relationships with money and love as it is all intertwined.

Systemic Constellations are used on organizational structures like in business or at work to solve problems and move forward.

For these certifications, I studied live under Marisa Peer (RTT®) in LA, with CreativeMind for my Jungian Certification, and the Family Constellations and Somatic Healing Institute under Nick Werber in NYC.
