Prior to founding QLI International in 2006, I enjoyed a successful career in the global corporate world for some 30+ years. In my executive roles I led the integration of acquisitions, greenfield start-ups, and the rebuilding of under-performing subsidiaries in the United States, Europe and Asia. This was achieved by developing the respective leadership team and organization, as well as restructuring the market portfolio and operations to improve results towards meeting investors’ expectations. My corporate executive roles included leading the facilitation of strategy development and business improvement processes for subsidiaries around the globe.
