About Me

I am a Certified Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®). I work at the intersection of physical and emotional health, specializing in eating and mind-body healing.

I practice what I call "Relational IFS" — a person-centered approach to parts work that flows in and out of the IFS protocol based on the client’s needs. I love being able to navigate both the internal and external worlds. I can guide clients through deep internal journeys when their system asks for it. I can also connect to them relationally when they need to talk or make a plan. It's all based on the needs of the moment.

Originally from America, I received my MS in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida before moving to Israel. My private practice is located in Kfar Vradim, Israel, and online internationally.
