About Me
My work is guided by two existential questions: Who am I? and What is my work? I support individuals and organizations in aligning their inner truth with who they are now and who they want to become.
As a coach, I bring more than 35 years of experience in public health leadership experience across government, non-profit and academic settings. I’ve led public sector and non-profit organizations and navigated complex bureaucracies.
My work uses awareness and wisdom-based practices: meditation, somatic and movement practices (T’ai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga, 5 Rhythms and ecstatic dance) and wisdom traditions (Enneagram, I Ching, Astrology, Tarot). I've navigated lots of life transitions (work, retirement, relationship, caregiving, health). Working with men to navigate transitions is one of my passions.
I have a Masters in Public Health and have trained in mediation, conflict resolution, leadership and management. I’ve studied with the Awakened Company, MIT’s Presencing Institute/U.Lab and the Modern Elder Academy. I bring a grounded and practical, yet transformative experience for those ready to evolve.
As a coach, I bring a calm, non-judgmental presence. My approach uses deep inquiry and intuitive approaches to create space for reflection, exploration and insight into the challenges you face. We explore next steps to discover a life of significance aligned with the life you want. I bring compassion, humanity, mindfulness and insight.
