About Me

I’m a coach, consultant, and facilitator with 35+ years of leadership experience in public health, social justice, and organizational transformation. My work is guided by a central question: Who am I, and what is my work in the world? I support individuals and organizations in aligning their inner truth with outer action—where soul meets strategy.

Whether you’re a solo leader navigating a threshold, a team seeking deeper connection, or an organization facing change, I bring a warm, grounded, and systems-aware approach. My practice blends science-based insight with wisdom traditions—mindfulness, somatic awareness, the Enneagram, and more—to support authentic, lasting transformation. Clients appreciate my capacity to hold space, listen deeply, and ask questions that shift awareness.

As a non-ICF-certified coach, I operate with integrity and intentionality. I’m part of the inaugural cohort of The Awakened Company’s certification program and have trained extensively in facilitation, conflict resolution, organizational development and systems change.

From building culture with a Diné (Navajo) agency to convening cross-sector dialogue for global corporations, I help leaders reconnect to what matters most—presence, purpose, and possibility.

Based in Santa Fe, NM, I offer coaching sessions online and in-person, and am developing a “Conscious Concierge” model to support people in navigating personal growth in spiritually rich environments.
