About Me

I discovered my coaching potential by helping two friends and some family members overcome problems like illness, wrong job, to much stress, a great loss..
Raised very bivalent: my father was highly educated, pragmatic, agnostic but emphatic, and my mother a very spiritual, creative and full of energy being; In my life path I had an awesome spectrum of experiences and met some great teachers, from my parents to mathematics geniuses and incredible athletes.
I developed my technical skills studying a wide variety of science fields like electronics and information technology at the Technical University. While doing that I worked as a fitness trainer, making folks feel better in their own body.
The spiritual part of my life begun at a young age with the Bible study, and continues with ancient philosophy, active mediation and yoga.
The last 6 years I was engaged as a Software Engineer developing awesome mobile apps and as a personal trainer as a hobby.
This year I started combining my skills to coach others:
I coach people that want a positive change in their life: a mind-body-spirit experience that will reveal a the better version of one's self!
