About Me

I work primarily with mid- to late-career professionals, leaders, and creative changemakers who are navigating transition — people who’ve achieved much but sense there’s something more authentic calling them forward. Through reflective dialogue, mental fitness practices, and experiential learning, I help them turn self-doubt and overthinking into grounded confidence and forward momentum.

My coaching philosophy is simple: growth isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about remembering your wholeness. I guide clients to slow down, listen deeply, and integrate the wisdom of their head, heart, and gut — what I call “embodied alignment,” or Embodied Mental Fitness coaching. From that place, true direction and authentic action naturally emerge.

My background includes training in Positive Intelligence (PQ), the Co-Active Coaching framework, the Three Brains Coaching Model, somatic awareness, and facilitation design. As a Life Experience Designer, I bring over 24 years of combined learning, leadership and creative problem-solving and development experience — weaving together corporate insight with a human, embodied approach.

Clients describe my style as calm, intuitive, and insight-driven. I don’t give quick fixes; I create the space for clarity to unfold and courage to take root.
