About Me

For 20 years I worked behind the scenes at Lucasfilm Ltd., then on AV crews for large live events. Show day teaches you fast: when the pressure spikes, the person with the steadiest nervous system makes the best calls. Everyone else just reacts.

That lesson is the heart of my coaching, which I’ve been doing since 2018.

The people I work with look successful from the outside, but inside they feel stuck, exhausted and disconnected. They’re anxious, restless and tired of performing a version of themselves at work and at home. They feel alone at the top and quietly ask, “Is this it?” The habits that built their success (pushing through, staying in control, keeping emotions locked down) now leave them frustrated, numb and running on empty. Together, we turn that around, so they feel calm, confident and connected again: present with the people they love, clear in their decisions, and finally at peace with the life they’ve built.

My Heart-Centered Method starts there. Using polyvagal theory, we map where you go under pressure, whether you flood and overreact or go flat and shut down. Then we build your capacity to stay in the middle. I listen closely to your words, your patterns and what your body is doing, and ask the questions that change how you see the problem. We back that with practical tools and the communication skills used in high-stakes negotiation.

What changes: you stay calm when things heat up. You make cleaner decisions and stop second-guessing them. Hard conversations get easier, at work and at home. You feel like yourself again, steady, clear and in charge of your own life.
