About Me

I believe we all carry an inner compass that quietly points us toward the life we’re meant to live. My work as a coach is about helping you hear that guidance more clearly by creating a space where self-doubt softens and self-trust begins to take root. I don’t hand out formulas or quick fixes. Instead, I walk alongside you as you uncover your own wisdom, heal what no longer serves you, and step into a life that feels aligned with your spirit.

My own journey has been shaped by seeking meaning beyond conventional definitions of success. Along the way, I discovered hypnosis and past life regression, both of which opened me to a deeper understanding of how the subconscious mind and soul memories influence the present. That realization inspired me to become a Certified Hypnotist and Spiritual Coach, integrating my formal training with intuitive practices and a grounded connection to Spirit.

Clients often describe our sessions as deeply calming yet surprisingly transformative. Together we weave practical tools with soul-level insight — whether that looks like exploring relationships, healing old wounds, finding clarity in career and life direction, or reconnecting with a sense of peace. My role isn’t to tell you who to be, but to hold space for you to remember who you already are and what you’re here to learn.

Each conversation is an invitation: to listen inward, to notice the threads connecting your past and present, and to move forward with more clarity and confidence. Coaching with me is a process of co-creation — gentle, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that Spirit always reveals what you most need in the moment.
