About Me

I’m Dr. Marcella Meeks, a life and mindset coach who helps women break free from overwhelm, self-doubt, and feeling stuck. I support clients who are exhausted by doing it all, tired of second-guessing themselves, and ready to feel calmer, more confident, and emotionally grounded.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in one truth: your mindset shapes your entire life. So many women know they’re capable but feel held back by fear, burnout, people-pleasing, or old beliefs that drain their energy and confidence. My work focuses on helping you release those patterns, regulate your emotions, and rebuild a mindset that supports clarity, strength, and peace.

With a Doctorate in Education, Bachelor's in Science, and Master's in Counseling, advanced training in emotional regulation, and years of experience supporting women through transitions, I bring both compassion and structure to the coaching relationship.I blend educational training, behavioral science, and practical coaching tools to help clients reduce stress, understand their triggers, strengthen emotional awareness, and create realistic steps toward a more aligned life.

Coaching with me is supportive, reflective, and action-oriented. Together, we uncover what’s weighing you down, identify the habits or beliefs keeping you overwhelmed, and create simple strategies to help you feel more in control.
