I was sending resumes but not getting hired and became very depressed as I didnt know why I was receiving any calls or interviews. Marcelle jumped in with great ideas from the start, helped me modify my resume, and coached me on presentation for interviews. I literally was called a week after updates were made and landed a sales tech job, an industry that I never would have considered but am glad that I did. Marcelle makes you think, shows you what you can do, and is really smart! It took about 12 sessions to get where I needed to be but I was literally working after only 3 or 4. I will use her again to assist with other personal areas that I need coaching on in the future.
