About Me

I work with individuals seeking clarity, healing, and a greater sense of fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. My coaching blends personal, professional, and spiritual experiences with over a decade immersed in the mental health field.

Grounded in Polyvagal Theory, I support clients by focusing on the nervous system regulation and vagus nerve stimulation as a pathway to growth and resilience. Together, we explore regulating practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, and sound-based listening interventions including the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP). These tools help calm the body, open space for reflection, and create the conditions for meaningful change.

My trauma-informed approach emphasizes safety, connection, and curiosity. I believe transformation begins when clients feel seen, heard and supported. From this foundation, we work to uncover inner resources, strengthen resilience, and take steps toward a life aligned with values and purpose.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian, I bring a global perspective shaped by my Brazilian-Canadian background and extensive travel. These experiences allow me to connect with clients across diverse cultures and life stories, and to hold space for the complexities of identity, belonging, and transition.
