My experience with Maréli has been transformational - both in how I think about my interactions with people as well as how I receive their feedback. She challenges in asking absolutely the right questions at the right time and I have learned to make these questions part of my own reflection. I have learned that although my preferences of order and control dictate my thinking, it should not necessarily dictate my action and I believe I have become a more listening leader in the process. I still prefer to receive complete information before making a decision and will now defer until I have collected the necessary information before making a decision that affects my whole team. Maréli has given me a great gift and that is one of accepting that things will not always work out with 100% clarity while still feeling empowered even though the road ahead might not be as crystal clear as I would like it to be. I am better at working with uncertainty and continuous change and that is because of how Maréli has assisted me in getting a better understanding of my team and their strengths and communication preferences.
