And this is what coaching means to me. If not for someone once showing me that I had nothing to fear about change and that I had the power within me enough to change my circumstances I would not have experienced the transformation I have in my life. I can barely remember the person I was from before my transformation as I have grown from strength to strength. I want the same for my clients. And I continue to learn and transform to this day. Through my coaching I pay this forward by helping others free themselves from their limiting beliefs and fears and gain the strength and ability to push forward towards their goals and desires for work and life. I have always been able to listen well and thus identify the gaps in people's own stories they struggle to see or recognise. So when I find those gaps this helps me and my clients have a starting point from which I can help them find the ways to fill those gaps in their lives.

I have a professional background in Human Resources Management and Development and hold both a bachelors and Masters degree in the subject. I am also a qualified Level 7 CIPD Associate. I have coached others throughout my life as people have naturally sought my skill over the years. I am now a professional life and career coach and I specialise in leadership development. Occasionally I lead training sessions and am a motivational speaker. You may be asking yourself why me as your coach? I guess, it all comes down to chemistry, although I believe I can help anyone who genuinely is seeking change. If the chemistry isn't right for either of us this can limit the power to change your life the way you want to.
