About Me

I'm Maria Klyukina and I’m a coach.

For over 20 years, I worked as a financial analyst, and with a help of such qualities like logic, causal analysis, and critical thinking I was excellent in identifying for companies their "lost millions," overlooked opportunities and resource wastage as well as organizing work processes and enhancing communication. However, as I grew older, I found it less fulfilling to do this for companies, especially where the "exchange" with employees didn't seem fair. This led me to transition into coaching, believing that doing the same for people makes more sense.

My coaching is not a standard ICF coaching, it’s actually a dynamic blend of coaching, psychology, mentoring, and training. And it really works for those who want to break free from automatic and stagnant thought and behavior patterns. Sometimes it can be daunting, but the sense of liberation that clients ultimately experience more than compensates for all the effort put into the process.

My coaching style is characterized by honesty, openness, and “lightness”. I don't judge or condemn; I'm always interested in understanding the reasons behind thoughts and actions as this understanding is where the process of movement and change begins. At the same time, lightness and humor reduce tension, allowing movement towards one's desires. In short - quite the coach :)

And I give to my clients clarity which helps them to understand first of all themselves and to be able to choose the direction to move forward in their life. I give my clients lightness and serenity which is the basis to grow self-confidence and self-identity.
