Do you often find yourself in the vicious dieting-overeating-guilt cycle? Do you feel that diets never worked for you? Do you often experience emotional eating episodes?
I have been there, and I can tell you that there is a way to a sustainably healthier lifestyle. You can discover how to listen to your body’s needs, distinguish between biological and emotional hunger, reject the diet mentality and its hidden forms and release limiting perceptions you might have around your body, food and health.
It is hard to achieve that when most of us are conditioned by the diet culture and the patriarchal system to always try to change our bodies in order to fit into the thin ideal. Most of us are so disconnected from our bodies’ needs and we follow diets because we think they will offer sustainable solutions. We forget that only we are the masters of our bodies and that only we know what is good or not for us; no diet ever will.
This is where my coaching comes in. I use the Intuitive Eating approach along with other modalities, like mindset coaching and energy work to support you in your diet mentality detox.
After working with me, my clients feel a sense of relief, sovereignty and freedom. They feel more in touch with themselves, their bodies and their hunger/fullness cues. They also feel calm around food and they don’t obsess about it because they allow themselves to eat what they feel like in the moment without restricting. They are rediscovering the pleasure of eating! All in all, they learn to break the cycle of chronic dieting and to love themselves and their bodies again!
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Greece and a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from McGill University. I am a Certified Life Coach, ThetaHealer and Usui Reiki practitioner.
