On the outside, you may look like you have it all together. But inside? You feel drained, stuck, and like you’ve lost yourself.
I work with women — professionals, leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs — who are ready to break free from toxic patterns, rebuild their confidence, and reclaim the life they’re meant for.
Many of my clients come to me feeling unseen, unappreciated, and undervalued in their relationships, careers, and families. They’ve been people-pleasing, overgiving, and putting everyone else first. I honestly got more out of one session with Maria than I did from months of therapy. She helped me shift my entire perspective on my life and circumstances and understand that rather than being behind Ive simply been in training for the work that Im now being called to do. This has been life changing in terms of the way I now feel capable and excited to show up for my business, rather than feeling like I have no value to offer. Maria cracked me wide open in the best way possible. In 90 minutes, she guided me to truths and realizations that I have been trying to get at for years now. When I came to Maria I knew something was up but I didnt quite know what it was! I knew something in my energy needed to shift because I felt stuck and blocked and like I was doing all the right things but life just hadnt been working out the way I had hoped for a while.
